The product menu was rebuilt on desktop, and on mobile navigation now takes the full screen. Any page is at most two taps away.

Assets and depreciation

Keep your fixed assets and inventory objects in Nodex, with QR labels for every item. Depreciation runs monthly on both bases, fiscal and accounting, and the fixed-asset register exports as a PDF, ready to hand over.
Fiscal rules engine
VAT rates, thresholds and deadlines, each with the law cited next to the value. Where the law is unclear, Nodex tells you openly to check with your accountant instead of guessing.
Real-time sync with your accountant
See in real time when your accountant is working on the same invoice, with presence and comments in plain sight. Nobody overwrites anyone's work anymore.
Inbox and automatic reading
Upload a PDF from a supplier and Nodex reads it and matches the supplier from your list on its own. Documents are processed in the EU.
An installable app
Install Nodex from the browser, on your phone or laptop, no app store needed. You get push notifications, and key pages open even offline.
Automatic monthly SAGA export
On the 1st of the month, the export for your accountant is already generated: issued and received invoices, in the SAGA format, with the BNR exchange rate fetched automatically.
Audit log
Every meaningful action leaves a record: who, what and when. The log cannot be edited by anyone and is kept for 5 years.

Your invoice is validated before it goes to ANAF, then tracked automatically until confirmation. And supplier invoices arrive from SPV on their own, every morning.
