See the money before it happens.
Nodex builds a 13-week forecast from your open invoices and recurring schedules, with fiscal thresholds in plain sight. You know early when you are approaching the VAT plafon or the micro-enterprise ceiling.
The forecast builds itself.
No spreadsheets to fill in: open invoices and recurring schedules become expected inflows, week by week, with collection probabilities based on how overdue each invoice is.
Realistic, not optimistic
An invoice within terms is worth more than one 60 days late. The forecast applies collection probabilities by age: 90% for invoices within terms, down to 20% for the badly overdue. You can adjust them any time.
Your assumptions, in plain sight
Add your monthly payroll, fixed costs and the minimum balance you never want to dip under. The forecast recomputes in seconds, and the runway in weeks updates on the spot.
Fiscal thresholds, no surprises.
The three thresholds that change the rules for a small Romanian company, tracked continuously from your invoices: see how much you have used, how much is left, and when it is time to talk to your accountant.
Three colors, one message
Each threshold has a progress bar: green while you are fine, amber from 80%, red once breached. Cross the micro-enterprise ceiling and the message is blunt: switch to profit tax from the next quarter.
Numbers with a source
The ceilings come from Nodex’s fiscal rules engine, not hardcoded into the app. The euro-denominated micro ceiling converts at the official BNR rate.
From chart to report.
The 13-week forecast comes with ANAF deadlines marked right on the chart, a direct cash-flow view over invoice aging, and a PDF export for your bank or for yourself.
ANAF deadlines, on the chart
The 25th, the VAT deadline, shows up right on the forecast, so you can see at a glance whether the money lands in time that week. No calendar app to cross-check.
