Text extraction on demand
Press "Extract text" on any uploaded file and Nodex reads it in moments. It draws from the same monthly page budget as the Inbox, so there are no surprise costs.
Search that speaks Romanian
Search works with diacritics and inflected forms: "contractele" also finds "contract". And when you only remember fragments, filter by type, date, counterparty or amount.

A document sent outside the company should not stay accessible forever. And a deleted one should be truly gone, not just hidden from the list.
Links that expire on their own
Send a link with an expiry and, if you want, a download cap. Revoke it any time, and the address is shown exactly once, only to you. Available on the Pro plan.
Deletion that actually deletes
A deleted file sits in the bin and can be restored. And when the law requires permanent erasure, GDPR Article 17, the file truly disappears from storage. Every action stays in the audit log.
