Switch to Nodex

Nodex is changing how accounting firms work with their clients. Here is the case, calm and point by point.

What changed

Compliance now moves at machine speed.

e-Factura now routes every invoice through ANAF. Statuses change by the hour, inbound documents arrive daily, and every client brings their own set of deadlines. None of it waits for the end of the month.

Yet an accounting firm's day still runs on emails with attachments, folders handed over at month end, and software built for one company at a time. The bottleneck is no longer data entry: it is coordinating an entire portfolio.

What Nodex is

Nodex is the working system for your firm and all its clients.

The firm console brings every client company, each with its own CUI, onto a single screen: deadlines, statuses and exports, up to date. You open one app, not one account per client.

Your clients work in the same place: they issue invoices, photograph receipts, receive their invoices through SPV. You see their books as they change, not when the folder is handed over.

Every accounting firm gets 3 console seats included, free.

Why switch

The work of chasing paperwork disappears. The work of accounting remains.

The whole portfolio, on one screen.

The console shows every client with their deadlines, statuses and exports. You see at a glance where you are needed today and what can wait.

You do not move your clients off SAGA.

Nodex generates the monthly package directly in your software's import format: XML, the journal as xlsx and the BNR exchange rates. It leaves on its own on the 1st, at 06:00, for every client, with numbered versions if you correct something afterwards.

And when you want the whole portfolio at once, you download a single ZIP with every client's package.

You see the client's books as they change.

Presence shows who is looking at the same document, changes appear without a refresh, and questions live in comments, next to the numbers, not in email.

Roles limit what each person on your team sees, per client: a junior on their own companies, a senior across the whole portfolio.

e-Factura, handled for every client.

Outbound invoices are validated before they reach ANAF. Inbound ones are pulled daily. Deadlines are tracked with warnings across the whole portfolio, not client by client.

Your clients' paperwork arrives already read.

The client photographs the receipt, and the document reaches you read and matched to its counterparty. Confidence gates keep order: nothing uncertain enters the books on its own.

A fiscal assistant that answers with its sources on the table.

On fiscal questions, the assistant answers with references to the legal sources. On disputed values it refuses honestly and recommends consulting CECCAR.

The authority stays with you. Nodex does not replace the accountant: it hands them tools.

The partnership

The price is built for the accounting firm + client pair.

Nodex grows with your portfolio, and the economics run both ways: the clients you bring pay less, and your firm earns team seats at half price.

  • 3console seats included, free
  • −50%off the subscription, for each of your firm's clients
  • −50%off a team seat, for every 5 active clients

The numbers come from the Nodex partnership program for accounting firms: the client discount applies to their own subscription, and team seats are counted against the firm's number of active clients.

And the client-facing side can carry your name: the document collection pages run on your firm's own subdomain, firma.nodex.cloud, with your branding.

How switching works

See for yourself, then bring the portfolio at your own pace.

Questions

What does it cost for the accounting firm?

The firm console comes with 3 seats included, free. Additional team seats are earned at half price, one for every 5 active clients. Full details are on the pricing page.

What does each person on my team see?

Whatever you decide. Roles are set per client: one colleague can see only their companies, another the whole portfolio. Nobody sees more than you gave them.

My clients are not technical. Will they manage?

Their part is simple: photograph the receipt, issue the invoice, the rest follows. Documents reach you already read and matched, and anything uncertain is flagged to you, not slipped into the books.

Does the fiscal assistant answer in my place?

No. It answers with references to the legal sources, and on disputed values it refuses and recommends consulting CECCAR. The final word stays with you.

How do I start, concretely?

Open a free account, you get a 30-day trial with no card. Bring one or two clients, see what their month looks like in the console, then expand at your own pace. If you want a hand, write to us.
