Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Violation of this AUP constitutes a violation of the Terms of Service and triggers suspension.

Strictly prohibited (informational — the Romanian original controls):

• Illegal fiscal acts: false or simulated invoices, tax evasion.
• Attacks on ANAF systems: access through unauthorised channels, certificate spoofing, requests for entities lacking authority.
• Attacks on Nodex: scraping, reverse-engineering, rate-limit bypass, multi-tenant breach attempts, DDoS, spam.
• Illegal content: copyright infringement (DMCA-compatible takedown procedure in § 4), criminal content, unnecessary GDPR Art. 9 sensitive data.
• Unauthorised reseller activity without written agreement.

Rate limits (V1.5): 100 req/min read, 30 req/min write, 10 invoices/min/organization. Dedicated plan via support@nodera.studio.

Suspension procedure: 7-day prior notice (except emergencies), immediate suspension for major fraud/abuse with 24h post-factum notice, appeal to legal@nodera.studio within 30 days (10-business-day response).
