Refund Policy

Short version: cancel anytime. Monthly plans = no refund mid-period (the 30-day trial covers your risk). Yearly plans = prorated refund (minus 25 RON administrative fee). Credit packs = full refund only if no credit consumed within 14 days of purchase.

Summary (informational — the Romanian original controls):

• 30-day no-card trial covers the trial-period risk entirely.
• OUG 34/2014 Art. 16(m) waiver: digital-service execution begins immediately on subscriber's express consent (checkbox at Stripe Checkout). Once ticked, 14-day cooling-off is waived. B2B subscribers (SRL, PFA, II, IF, liberal professionals) are not consumers and the 14-day right does not apply.

• Process: e-mail billing@nodera.studio with subject "Refund [CUI organization]". 1-day confirmation, 5-10 business-day processing, refund to original payment method via Stripe.
